SANDRA LYNN EVOKES WARM FEELINGS OF CHRISTMAS WITH “MY CHRISTMAS WISH FOR YOU” VIDEO

Country newcomer Sandra Lynn is bringing the Christmas spirit to her fans with the release of her first Christmas song, “My Christmas Wish for You.” To accompany the holiday tune, Sandra released an emotional new video that has us feeling hopeful for the new year.

The holiday track, written by Linda Thompson and Richard Marx, has the California native singing about wishing for a better world for the ones she loves.

“A pearl of wisdom from a single grain of sand / the miracle of life to try and understand / a road that’s smooth / a sky that’s blue / that’s my Christmas wish for you,” she sings.

“I am so thrilled to release my first Christmas song, and honored that songwriters’, Linda Thompson and Richard Marx entrusted me to bring their beautiful lyric and melody to life,” Sandra tells One Country. “It truly is such a universal and timeless message that I feel rings true not only during the holiday season, but throughout the entire year. I am so excited for the world to hear “My Christmas Wish for You” for the very first time this holiday season.”

The new video, directed by husband and wife duo Brandon Hess and Tara Tucker, uses a west coast vibes—shot on a California beach—and a cozy fire to set the mood for the holiday. Interspersed throughout the video are childhood and family videos from Christmases past.
